New Empire plans luxury condo project in Flatbush

Bentley Zhao’s New Empire Corp. is planning to build a new luxury condo project on a commercial strip in Flatbush. The development firm bought neighboring sites at 757-767 Flatbush Avenue and 21 Lenox Road for $18 million, according to the company. The existing buildings will be demolished.
