Façade installation has begun on 282-286 Grand Street, a seven-story residential building on Manhattan’s Lower East Side. Designed by Peterson Rich Office and developed by Prosper Property Group in conjunction with Marc Straus, who has owned the site since the 1970s, the 23,500-square-foot structure will yield 25 rental apartments spread across 22,500 square feet and 1,000 square feet of commercial space. First Standard Construction is the general contractor for the property, which is located between Forsyth and Eldridge Streets.
