South Ozone Park Real Estate

Despite its name, South Ozone Park is quite far east from the titular park, however nature is not far away with Hamilton Beach and Spring Creek Park at a short distance. As one of Queens’ larger neighborhoods, South Ozone Park has a great deal of commerce, especially off of its main thoroughfare, Rockaway Boulevard. Once a dominantly Italian neighborhood, the region has diversified to become a true melting pot, fitting for a neighborhood that rests just above JFK airport.
